Of course not, since they reinvent the wheel for fun and profit everytime.
Alternatively, you can use procmail for local delivery (for every user!) and
have a generic procmailrc:

# Nuke duplicate messages
:0 Wh: $PMDIR/msgid.lock
| $FORMAIL -D 65536 $PMDIR/msgid.cache
