[Mailman-Users] Unknown mailer error 1

I've had the same problem; it's a file locking bug of some sort.

Upgrading to the current CVS version of Mailman seemed to fix most of
the problems. Changing the "outgoing number of connections" option,
for the lists that were getting that error, from 5 to 1 cleared up the
rest of the problems.
