[Mailman-Users] Administrator password not working after Installation

I posted a question earlier about problems with my passwords not working
after I installed mailman.  I figured out my problem: I had to set
USE_CRYPT to 0 in the defaults.py file and reset the password.  I just
thought I would post this solution for the next person who has this
problem, since I didn't find this in the archives anywhere.
