[Mailman-Users] Listar to Mailman Migration Question.

Is it possible to manually add a subscriber list to a new mailman list? I
have a listar list with about 400 people on it. I would like to migrate it
over to Mailman in background, so the users do not have to involve them
selves in the change. Is there an easy way to do this?
