Sorry for the brevity, sounded like you hadn't actually tried it yet and
were just looking to see if it worked.

Look under the Privacy Options:

Must posts be approved by an administrator?  Yes

Addresses of members accepted for posting to
this list without implicit approval requirement.  jason at halstead.com
