Yes but you also need aliases for the list you created:

test: "|/home/mailman/mail/wrapper post test"
test-admin: "|/home/mailman/mail/wrapper mailowner test"
test-request: "|/usr/mailman/mail/wrapper mailcmd test"
test-owner: mailman

then do a newaliases.
