[Mailman-Users] restricting posting

Hi,

I am running Mailman 2.0 beta 2 and have both "Must
posts be approved by an administrator" and "Restrict
posting privilege to list members" set to YES.

Yet it seems that anyone can post to my mailinglists
-- and I never get prompted to approve anything.
