Essentially what you are asking for is VERP, and no, there's no way
to do that with Mailman now.

That said, if Exchange is NOT your local MTA but something a little
more flexible (and standards compliant), you can do it at the level
of the MTA that Mailman hands off to with the appropriate filters
etc.
