Hi Carsten,

I don't mean to be annoying but there is a little more you have to do
before anyone can help you:

    1. Post to the list not personally.

    2. Specify exact versions of software you are running.

    3. Try it a few different times in different ways and report what
    happens each time (read: start from scratch at least once).

    4. Read the docs again.

Straight off from the error message sounds like perhaps you gave the
wrong permissions to configure but then it is rather hard to tell
without more info.
