[Mailman-Users] Mailman not creating HTML pages

Mark, that's the problem I was having - I had some people offer suggestions,
but still haven't gotten it resolved.  I'm still using majordomo, because I
can't get mailman to work correctly.

Now that there are two of us, maybe someone can get this resolved.  (I say
this with full appreciation and no disrespect to those who tried to help me,
but it just didn't help.)
