[Mailman-Users] Novice: cannot mass subscribe members

I've set up my first Mailman mailing list, but when I cannot mass
subscribe new members from the Membership Management page.  When I
submit addresses, I get sent to the password entry page and then
nothing else happens -- no error messages, no new subscriptions.

Any idea of what's going on or how to fix it?
