[Mailman-Users] Any way to enforce global settings for mailman?

Mailman will let list administrators set the "maximum length of a
message body" for their own lists, but I want to override
individual list administrators and set the maximum length on a
global basis for all the lists on my system.  Is there currently
any way to do this?  I haven't found any place to make global
settings.
