[Mailman-Users] Checking queue and removing mail from queue

I would think that would be fairly MTA specific.  In sendmail you can
just do a 'mailq' and then delete what you don't like from /var/spool/mqueue
(or some path like that if your system is odd)...

If you are speaking of messages that are queued to be administratively
reviewed or somesuch, then I have no idea.
