[Mailman-Users] changing admindb pages ?

I've just set up a moderated list, and am finding it cumbersome to have to keep
going back to the top of each pending mail to approve it once I've read it.

So I'd like to move the approve/reject/discard button to the end of each mail.

How would I do that ? apologies if this is a FAQ or a RTFM answer but I have
looked and not found...
