[Mailman-Users] Listproc -> Mailman ?

I haven't done any research on this yet, so excuse a possible FAQ...

I see lots of questions on migrating from majordomo to mailman.  Are there
any automated tools for migrating from Listproc to mailman.  We have about
260 Listproc lists that we're thinking of migrating to mailman.  Version is
Listproc 8.1.
