[Mailman-Users] Unwanted email

I am receiving emails from people wanting to unsubscribe from some newsletter.  Please check into this problem. This is my personal email, and cant understand why I am getting it.  The emails I am receiving are written as follows:
 

Please UNSUBSCRIBE me from your list
