[Mailman-Users] Moving from mailman 1.1

What would be the major advantage I would gain from converting from
Mailman 1.1 to the latest version, and also could you point me to the
upgrade procedure to do this. I have a production machine that contains
over 100 Mailman lists at our University and I can't have much down
time. Mailman 1.1 has really been running
smoothly for me here, but I thought I would see what the advantages of
the latest versions are.
