Did you try "bin/move_list"?  Or "bin/move_list -h"?  Or "bin/move_list --help"? 
Or even "vi bin/move_list"?

Any one of those would have answered your own question immediately, completely,
and without need to bother anyone else or wait for their answer...

Please, people, don't park your self-sufficiency just because a mailing list
exists.
