I believe that's an illegal 822 address.  I'm no expert, but my
casual reading shows that 'phrase' is allowed before the <> part,
and 'phrase' is one or more 'word's, and 'word' may not include a
special without being quoted.

A properly-formed address would be, I believe,

"Charles A.Lieberman" <yvrorezn at voicenet.com>

I don't know if Mailman would handle this better or not.
