Yes.

Set 'hold posts with header matching regexp' to something like this:

Content-type: multipart/alternative
Content-type: multipart/mixed
Content-type: text/html
Content-type: text/enriched
Content-type: text/x-vcard
Content-Disposition: attachment

You may have to tweak the regexps.
