I'm not sure what you mean by "a module" for Exim. If you're asking if 
it's possible to configure Exim to use Mailman, then yes, many sites, 
including mine, are successfully using Exim with Mailman. In fact, the 
Exim users mailing list is run using Mailman under Exim. There's a 
howto document detailing this at www.exim.org -- it's a framed site so 
I can't give a simple URL, but click "documentation and faqs" in the 
menu frame, then find the link "using mailman lists with exim" below 
`HOWTO Documentation'.
