[Mailman-Users] Capitalization of host name and URL

It looks like if I use 'Example.org' for host_name
and 'http://www.Example.org/mailman/' for web_page_url
then 
'http://www.example.org/mail/listinfo' will not find the list. This is a bug,
right?
