[Mailman-Users] Problems with GID for mail

Ok. Here's the issue. I've been working on debugging this one for a
couple of hours, and I don't seem to be making any progress.
I'm running mailman on a Sparc w/ Solaris 2.6. I can get everything
compiled and in place. Here's an excerpt from the config:
checking for mailman UID... mailman
checking for mailman GID... 102
checking permissions on /export/home/mailman... okay
checking for mail wrapper GID... 2
checking for CGI wrapper GID... 60001
That is achieved with --with-cgi-gid=nobody --with-mail-gid=bin
After running make, make install, and check_perms, everything goes
without a hitch. However, after I get it running on the httpd, and make
a test list, the attempt to confirm my subscription results in an
"Unknown Mailer Error 2."
An excerpt from syslog says this:
Sep 13 18:19:32 medusa sendmail[25213]: SAA25213: from=<blah at blah.com>,
size=735, class=0, pri=30735, nrcpts=1,

Sep 13 18:19:33 medusa sendmail[25214]: SAA25214: to=<blah at blah.com>,

relay=mta7-mail.mailcity.com. [209.185.123.153], stat=Sent ([SMTPD]: OK)
Does anybody have an idea of how to hammer around this issue? It has me
a little stumped at this point.
Thanks,
Hal
