[Mailman-Users] upgrade successful, but lists down

We upgraded to Mailman 1.0 final yesterday.

All the admin/listinfo pages on the web are working great, but the lists are
down... I do not receive any of my test messages, and I didn't wake up to
the usual 50 or so undeliverable messages I get every night...

We're without a sysadmin and at a loss as to where to begin to look to fix
the problem.

Any pointers anyone?
