[Mailman-Users] Simple Question About Documentation

I know this is a simple question and I am probably overlooking
something really stupid.  I have installed Mailman without
any problem.

Where can I find the users manual or the documentation on
how to configure it.  I have looked through the files
and I can't find anything.
