[Mailman-Users] maturity of mailman?

I've been considering using mailman to replace majordomo.

But... from my experiences so far in playing with mailman, and the traffic
on this list, I'm getting the sense that the software is still immature
and buggy.

What kinds of experiences can people share as to the reliability and
robustness of mailman?
