Would it be appropriate to give the host's FQDN for the HELO
parameter? The following postfix UCE restrictions don't seem to like
mailman-1.1's 'localhost'.
# reject_non_fqdn_hostname: reject HELO hostname that is not in FQDN form
# reject_unknown_hostname: reject HELO hostname without DNS A or MX record.
