Would it be appropriate to give the host's FQDN for the HELO
parameter?  The following postfix UCE restrictions don't seem to like
mailman-1.1's 'localhost'.

#   reject_non_fqdn_hostname: reject HELO hostname that is not in FQDN form
#   reject_unknown_hostname: reject HELO hostname without DNS A or MX record.
