One of my users got a message from mailman admin

Your authorization is required for a mailing list posting request
approval:

    List:         Summit-team at server1.ptc.com
    Reason held:  Too many recipients.
    From:         sbrooks at ptc.com
    Subject:      Refresh of Summit Dev/Tst/Pat environments

At your convenience, visit:

http:// URL

to approve or deny the request.

Is it possible to configure mailman and approve a message automatically?
