[Mailman-Users] NOT sending password stuff to certain users?

Hi,

I want to archive to a certain mail address (off site).  If I simply
subscribe the user, then I have to write an extra script to check to
make sure that password reminders are not archived (on the web in this 
case).  Could there be a mechanism by which PARTICULAR users are _NOT_ 
to recieve passwords?
