Solved!

I just got it to work.

1) I removed the link to wrapper in /etc/smrsh and replaced it with a script
that has the following:

#! /bin/sh
/home/mailman/mail/wrapper $@

2) I added the following to /etc/mail/relay-domains

prospace.org
172.

Not sure which of these does the trick, but it works!

Thanks to all who helped.  Sendmail 8.9.3-10 has been a barnburner of a time
trying to get working...  And who said upgrades made things better?
