got it all working (finally) and the archives and all work ok. yea! Is there any info on doing some sort of a html frames version? What I'm looking for: top frame - month index left frame - msg threads (with option to view by auth/subj/date) right from - msgbody (or custom intropage if you've just started viewing the archive) Gus
