[Mailman-Users] listmembers still requiring moderation

If the messages you and they get from Mailman, and the admininstration
page, mention "implicit" addressing, then the problem is that they sent to
the list via Bcc: and put friend at public.com or the like on the To: and Cc: 
lines.  I just explained to the writers that it was a small measure
against spam and asked that they address the list explicitly, and they had
no problem with that.
