[Mailman-Users] CLosed unsubscribe?

i've actually been wanting to do the same thing.  i need to keep these
users on the list so they can receive announcements regarding the 
accounts they have on my system.  theres only been one instance of 
a user unsub'ing himself.  but i quickly fixed that.. hehe
