What is the bounce message?  Why does it say it is bouncing?  What
does Exim's mainlog state?  Its rejectlog?  

There's an audit trail out there:  What does it say?

What is "correctly"?

Will a message written on the Exim-based system reach MailMan?
(Actually do it -- don't rely on `exim -q`).
