There are a couple of simple ways to address that kind of situation. The
easist is to say if the message already has a reply-to set then don't
reset it. Though I could make an argument that since the list is sending
his message out to others it has every right to set its own reply-to :)

Another solution is to simply move his or the lists to another header....
