[Mailman-i18n] Persian translation of mailamn

[mahyar moqimi]

Hello
With respect and thanks to your great work for mailman. I am very interested
to help translating mailamn into my language Persian(fa).
can you please tell me where I should start?!
I am currently contributing in different translation projects like gnome,
the translation project and launchpad for Persian.
