[Mailman-i18n] How to join the translation group on launchpad

Just kept seeing those messages are 100% untranslated is something
annoying... And current translation is a little fuzzy.

May I ask that how to join the group and help with the translation? The
"Internationalization" wiki page seems to be a bit out-dated.
