Unfortunately, I have absolutely no skills with Python (or any other  
coding or scripting language), and since I am now very ill and have  
severely limited concentration, I am no longer able to acquire such  
skills.

I can manage translation and html/css. I can edit the Mailman online  
list configuration page, and the html list info page. I can perform  
very simple configure.in-type edits if told exactly where and what to  
input (e.g. "input your language code in the ALL_LINGUAS line). I can  
manage basic CVS/SVN. I don't have Mailman on my system (a laptop  
running Mac OSX) so I don't have the README referenced in the first  
link.

I really need something more basic than this. Sorry.
