[Mailman-i18n] My Mailman occurs an ERROR, when i set the DEFAULT_SERVER_LANGUAGE to 'gb2312'

Hi,

I'm now trying to use CJK codecs in mailman as our mailman has to handle
all of these codecs together, and wondering how to implement that.

I want to ask many things :P, though, may I ask you one of them?
