I'd love to get Mailman translated to Turkish. The best thing to do is
to read this file:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/mailman/mailman/README-I18N.en?rev=2.12.2.4&only_with_tag=Release_2_1-maint&view=auto

Then download the latest mailman.pot file from here:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/mailman/mailman/messages/mailman.pot?rev=2.37.2.10&only_with_tag=Release_2_1-maint&view=auto

You'll also want to translate the template files from their English
versions:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/mailman/mailman/templates/en/?only_with_tag=Release_2_1-maint

Note that it's the template files that are probably the most pressing
for you.

Once you've done that, we can add Turkish as a supported language for
Mailman 2.1.5. I'm Cc'ing Erdinc Guler to see if you both can work
together on the Turkish translation, or whether Erdinc is still
interested in being the champion.
