[Mailman-i18n] i have a charset problem

i'm having  problem with the  Turkish  charset  like  =E7,=F0,=FE     =
characters.        "de&#2###&87"  =20
i'm  using mailman  2.06  at the  moment, and it  will be  some time  =
before  i  switch  to  2.1  versions.

although  i  have  changed the settings  in  the  DEfaults.py, i  can't  =
straighten  out  the ISO-8859-9   encoding  to  show  right ,
in  the  post.


have  you  found  a  solution for  the  charset  problem  ?
