[Mailman-i18n] Mailman Spanish translation

Dear friends,

I wanted to adopt the Spanish translation of Mailman to have it
uptodate for the upcoming 2.1 version. I have seen at
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/mailman/ that it hasn't
been updated in a while (6 months). 

Please let me know if anyone is already working in this subject so that
we can coordinate. I also wanted to thank the previous translator for
his work.
