A long time ago Jordi Mallach <jordi@debian.org> offered to head up
Catalan, but I haven't heard anything about it since.  You might want
to contact Jordi to coordinate reviving that effort.  If Jordi can't
contribute to the Catalan translation at this time, I'm happy to
transfer championship to you.
