Now that changing admin/moderator password is on its own page (the "Passwords"
page), the following paragraph should probably be rewritten, because specifying
moderator addresses is still on the "General options" page.

Mailman/Cgi/admin.py:1052 reads:

"[...] <p>In order to split the list ownership duties into administrators and
moderators, you must set a separate moderator password in the fields below,
and also provide the email addresses of the list moderators in the section
above."
