[Mailman-i18n] Language pack 27-Jul-2001

I've just uploaded a "language pack" to SF which should be useful to
those of you that cannot sync against CVS.  Please see

for details (but note that SF has a delay in making the file
visible).  This is a tarball containing the latest and greatest
README-I18N.en, mailman.pot, templates/en/* and mailman.po for
Spanish, French, and Japanese.

I hope you guys find this useful, but please let me know if there's
some way I can improve the process.
