[Mailman-i18n] Private_Roster problem in 2.1a2 (spanish)

In Spanish version, setting Private_Roster to 1 (members only) or 2
(admin only) put a big bunch of garbage on the "Subsribing to" section
of the listinfo/<list_name> page. The correct messages are mixed
with a lot of strings. English version goes fine, however.
