[Mailman-i18n] Norwegian translation

Hello, all.

The norwegian translation is now almost done. :)
Just a few command line tools left now. The web interface is fully translated,
at least according to the latest message.pot (which is 11 days old, I hope there
will be a new version out soon...).

This page will contain my latest version of the translation files.

(Barry: can you update the CVS repository with the contents of my
mailman-CVS-norwegian.tar.gz?)
