[Mailman-i18n] Hungarian version of Mailman exists

Who want a half-hungarian version from Mailman contact me.

I translated the templates (once again) and modified the
code to give hungarian output for the general-, the admin-
introducing, and the listinfo page for the 2.0beta5 version.

The size of this is 34kbyte.
