[Mailman-Developers] Yet another newbie to the "Mailman"

Thanks Abhilash,

I have just finished going through the Architecture of mailman and was
looking into the GSOC projects for 2016. I saw from the mailing list that
some students have already started reading on 2 of the projects, so I think
I can start on GitLab/development tool integration. I am going to start the
research on the integration from tonight. If you have any pointers to share
regrading this project please let me know.
