[Mailman-Developers] MM3 errors when attempting to view messages held for moderation

i suspect there's many messages held for moderation as I've been playing 
around with my testing, mailman-bundler setup for mm3 but now i cannot 
access the held for moderation list. any clues out there? Thanks.
